The December season is not long time again, from now, when the peak vacation season will be date in the quarter four of weeks in December. I like that time, when the Christmas and New Year comes in, a short celebrate after one year filled with full activities. Now, maybe you have been planning to make a long journey to Medan City in North Sumatra Province. If you want to know about Medan, this city as the third largest city in Indonesia, filled with the famous international airport, Polonia, and have been building a new international airport which is larger than the old airport. Do you ever hear about Medan city? Which it is as the one from many largest cities in Indonesia? Medan is the capital of the province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Located in the northern part of the province along the coast, Medan is the third largest city in Indonesia. The city is bordered by Deli Serdang Regency to the east, south, and west, and the Strait of Malacca to the north. The city is Indonesia’s third most populous after Jakarta and Surabaya, with approximately 2.5 million people.

There are many old buildings in Medan that still retain their Dutch architecture. These include the old City Hall, the central Post Office, the Water Tower, which is Medan City’s icon, and Titi Gantung (a bridge over the railway).
